We specialize in making highly customized web based ERP systems for medium to large scale companies. Most of the current off the shelf ERP systems in the market are rigid and have a somewhat fixed system (based on so called best business practices) which don’t offer lot of room for extreme customization. Clients have to adopt their existing business practices and many times implementations fail resulting in a minimum two year’s waste of time and money. Also a lot of other processes in the organization use third party systems linked with the central ERP system because they cannot be implemented in the ERP system.

This is where we are different. We give the clients exactly what they want. Our software platform is extremely flexible to adopt the client’s business practices and having years of experience we also help the client further refine and enhance those practices during product implementation. Since we customize exactly as per the client’s needs, our product can be used across most of the verticals and it is a one stop for all kind of data operations clientswould want in their organization. The system works as per the client; the client does not have to work as per the system.

Important Note: We don’t do the business of keeping a few programmers and taking months to develop business software from scratch which most other custom software companies in the market do. Platform Features

Any kind of data entry forms with extremely complex formulae and business logic can be easily implemented in our system. Any kind of module, whether supply chain, procuring, manufacturing, accounting, inventory, point of sale, CRM, order management (whether manual or event driven) can be customized and designed seamlessly at a very high speed.

Every transaction / data entry form can save miscellaneous documents / attachments to cloud drives or your own file storage system. The advantage is one can digitize his entire office and not have to call for physical files / documents when auditing a specific voucher, one can access his scanned data from anywhere.

MIS reports are output in Excel and/or HTML5 in browser report engine or a customized PDF file. Users can data mine (slice / dice / drag and drop / select and deselect columns / customize pivot tables) within the browser itself and can choose to save the report format as a template. The data can then be exported to Excel / CSV. Each user can have 100’s of such templates for himself (which can even be shared with other users) and those templates stay saved on the cloud, so the users can access their own customized report from any terminal.

The system and database is fine optimized to support millions of transactions in a single database without it slowing down or having any kind of performance drag. One can easily make ten thousand item rows per invoice or an indent without any kind of performance delay.

The software integrates with barcode guns’ / RFID scanners and/or any other equipment if its API is available from its vendor.The software is completely web based and can easily scale to tens thousands of users and terabytes of data. Mobile apps can be developed separately to access the system.

HTML5 & JQuery on the client side, ASP.NET 4.0 & C++ for the middle tier and Microsoft™ SQL Server™ as the database on Microsoft™ Windows™ 2012 .NET Server. The client just needs a web browser to access the system.

A large scale project which involves importing legacy data and training a minimum of 100 users for financial accounts, inventory, manufacturing and retail can be developed and deliveredby us in a period of three months if we get full co-operation from client side and end users.

ORIOR can easily integrate with any system using REST based web services, CSV data, Amazon SQS or even direct T-SQL. We are flexible to using any API the client would want us to use.
